About Stylipedia
What is Stylipedia?
Stylipedia is a living archive for the references behind what we wear. Every entry is a wiki page documenting a style, era, or aesthetic — searchable, taggable, and always open to new contributions.
Is Stylipedia free to use?
Yes. Browsing and searching the archive is free and doesn’t require an account. You’ll need one to save, react, comment, or contribute content.
Using the archive
How do I save a style I like?
Tap the flame icon (“Hot”) or the heart icon (“Love”) on any wiki page. Hots surface what’s trending right now; Loves save a page to your profile so you can find it again later.
What do the tags and votes on a page mean?
Tags are attached to wiki pages and can be upvoted or downvoted by anyone signed in — the vote count is a signal of how well a tag actually fits that page.
Can I organize saved styles into collections?
Yes — create a Board from your profile, then add wiki pages to it as you browse. Boards can be public or private, and shared with specific people by username or email.
Circles
What are Circles?
Circles are real-time chat spaces built into Stylipedia. Every wiki page has a public Street anyone can join, and you can start a private Circle — scoped to a page or standalone — with just the people you invite.
How do I join or start a Circle?
Open the chat icon in the site header, or visit the Circles page from a wiki page you want to talk about. Private Circles are invite-only, by username or email.
Contributing
Can I write or edit a wiki page?
Absolutely — we’re actively looking for people to help write and expand the archive, especially styles and cultures it’s thin on today. See the Contributors page for how to get involved.
Does my contribution go live immediately?
New and edited pages go through moderation review before they’re published, to keep the archive accurate and consistent.

How do I create an account?
Click Sign In in the site header. You can sign up with an email address or an existing account with supported providers.
